The annual team fundraising competition started in 2006 as a way to remember one of the organizations founding members. Gary Cinglie was a huge part of the organization since its beginning. Each year we encourage each team who participates in the softball tournament to help us raise additional funds for our sponsor families. The team who raises or donates the most money gets to drink their favorite beverage from the cup. The winning team gets to keep the trophy for 1-year and their team name gets engraved in the cup...much like the winners of the Stanley cup! We also give a team prize to the winning team for their effort!

This is the highest team recognition you can receive at our annual tournament. We are thrilled to be able to present this trophy each year and we hope that the teams who compete at our tournament will help to make this year a record year for the trophy. Even if your team isn't in our tournament - you can still compete in this spirited event! In total, we have collected over $10,000.00 and hope we can continue to increase that total. This event is so much more than just a softball tournament...we want to thank all the teams who realize this each year and contribute to this cause. So, whether you get additional sponsors, take a team collection, or go out and get donations, help the cause and contribute any way you can...Maybe this year your team can drink from the "CUP"!!!!!
