The biggest event of the year is the Jamie Davis Memorial Softball Snowball Tournament. This tournament is held every year the weekend before Ash Wednesday. It is the proceeds from this event that go to the sponsored child's family. While the name indicates "softball", there are plenty of other activities taking place during the weekend long event.

Such events include:

• Dinners
• Live music and dancing in the evenings
• Raffles
• Sunday breakfast
• Euchre Tournament
• Gambling

In order to help with the cost of setting up this annual winter tournament, several smaller events happen throughout the year. Any proceeds from these events help out with expenses related to the winter tournament, such as advertising, publishing and hosting the event. Some of the events from the past have been golf outings and prime rib dinner/dance.
